Newly introduced, Ligchine’s ScreedSaver MAX Pro™ offers the “best of all worlds” by combining the accuracy and durability of their Standard ScreedSaver MAX™ with numerous design features that are included in their BOSS 240 mega screed. U

nique to the MAX Pro machine is the inclusion of Ligchine’s patent-pending zero turn drive system – both upper boom frame and lower drive frame independently spins 360˚. Integrated into the screed head are an automated concrete additive spray bar system, an onboard color touchscreen full diagnostic display and Kubota’s newest Tier 4 DH902, 25hp diesel engine.

Ligchine attaches their standard 12.5’ screed head to a boom that reaches 16’ enabling you to cover 200 square feet per pass – resulting in screed rates up to 7,000 square feet an hour or more depending upon site variables.

Unique to their ScreedSaver MAX style machines (ScreedSaver MAX™ and ScreedSaver MAX PRO™), Ligchine offers the upgrade option of substituting a set of aggressive all-terrain tracks that allows you to drive the machines virtually anywhere.

Numerous slab applications use soft sub-base material – like sand – that prevent wheeled boom operated screeds from driving on the base. Ligchine’s patented all-terrain track drive system ensures ease of operation on soft sub-base materials, but at the same time, it enhances access to the most difficult to reach job sites.
